Likes

Relax work environment with no burden of Targets. Teammates are kind and supporting and seniors are understanding.

Dislikes

Salary hikes, incentives, promotion frequency is very less hence career growth is slow. Training sessions don't happen. As no target oriented working fashion employees becomes lazy to work which is already affecting their professional career.

I'm the fresher for this company while I joining, but now I have completed 5 years in this company and still continue in this family, I m happy that I got a opportunity to show my courage and my skills of working in this company only, I joined as a trainee in this company but now I'm a shift-Incharge of a whole shift. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
