There is nothing to like about the SMR group.

1. No proper management, 2. Very abusive language by MD & ED, 3. Very much delay in salary(may get 2-3 months delayed) 4. No proper timing(may become 11pm or 12am while you leave site) 5. No matter how far you come from you have to come on Sundays and public holidays also, 6. Very pathetic politics palyed.

I went for an interview to this company. They have scheduled interview for 40 members at 10 am. My number was 31 and the interviews were going till afternoon. Around 3 am they took interviews for 20 guys. For rest of them informed to come on next day. Hr doesn't no how to schedule bulk interviews

A worst place is this. Don't ever go for an interview to this company. I got a scheduled interview from this company, after reaching there I saw 50 members came for same position, i went at 9:30 in the morning and my interview was scheduled at 4 pm, i don't know why they called me in the morning and wasted many of them time.
