And if they send you forgien for work then again Bond for that with 5 lakh breach money No sick leaves , only CL AND EL Everything will be deducted from your negotiated CTC which in hand comes to very low as Bonus and LTA( Later different policy for their withdrawal too) You have to work In Shift with Long hours shift timings.

Food is worst, Cabs are far worse, salary and hikes are based on the how you favour to your boss, huge internal politics. Lot of less skilled boss who were there by only experience and there favourite bosses

The Company has Not Push to Grow Already Working Member and Salary not get Expected for Already Working Members, If Any Person Join with Staff Category in the Company Definitely He/she Will Best Growth In Their Life

...rale, they are working since company was founded . They only care about profits. If profits low, then do cost cutting everywhere.

Dislikes

Compensation is peanuts as compared to market rate, politics is terrible and work life balance is tough to maintain. Colleagues not much qualified. No WFH in corona time also. Paid leaves are next to nothing and there is no Saturday off. Timings are very strict.
