Favouritism by managers, biased towards favourite employees, no clear vision for projects, 6 months probation period without any leaves, only 1 restroom for all employees, no canteen available, etc, etc

I love to work here because of work culture and what the management help in enhancing the skills , You can job security as well here

Company doesn't pay a suitable salary here according to responsibilities and work profile.

There is very less chances for promotion.If u r having a good relationship with ur boss then only there is a chance for promotion BT this is also true,they are not harmful for your job.
