It's a training oriented company and work on you skill development best for freshers

Dislikes

Too much politics, we are expected to have no entitlement attitude and work however at the same time they will promote people who have caused losses of over 20L to the company and who has been promoted 3 times already in the past year, pure favouritism and dictatorship that whatever the dictator says / Simon says should happen if you challenge it then u will be the victim of officie gossips and politics or will be labelled that u left because of money. Please use some brains if money was the reason would have not joined in first place as you had offered 3L lesser than my existing package problem was wrong things are promoted here and that's not my way to work and so I was done Also there is no system or process you are expected to work as an "ENTREPRENEUR" without enjoying and Rights Everything they teach exactly opposite they do in the office No proper handover / training was received by me and multiple things other that what was discussed on interview were handed over to me

Dislikes

Pathetic work culture, no work life balance. Unreal deadlines, abusive management. Partiality, no autonomy, micromanagement, following timings is only mandatory for coming in, working and leaving on time is looked down upon, everyone is forced to do sales and cold calling, irrespective of your work profile, even the office admin and housekeeping staff have sales targets.

Nothing to like. They all suck.

Dislikes

Office boys touch you inappropriately. Management is very bad , there is partiality, GM of the company is sadistic lady who have not done anything in her life except smmart. She had behaved wrong with so many people also the feedback that i got from all the departments including IT. She bullies freshers and her cute little pet as well. You should think 10099999999 times before join. Stay at home but do not join smmart. Ceo has her own tantrums . Founder sucks . He himself is not smmart ... Timings are till 11 late , no respect for employees. Never join such company
