Thankfully this company is paying full salary during this pandemic situation.

Culture of the company is very bad. Old employees never wants that new generation come forward to lead the things. Everyone is taking benefits of company facilities for their personal interest.

I joined sml one year ago... Management is good.. company working timing is good.. location is very good..

Level wise salary package gap is unbalanced... Health policy is worst... No scope for relocate out of India..

...he union clearly highlighted after COVID 19 when the industry came out of slump. Instead of paying dues to the employees and promoting it was decided to rename the designation in the same pay scale for all except GM and above and union

Work and life balance was very good here but now situation is changing very fast. Perk benefits are very poor as policies are not changed since last decade. Recently company introduces his Fixed term employment policies which is a smart trap.

Company is very aggressive about customer response specially in Bus segment, Professional and personal life both well balance here.

Dislikes

Salary structure and other benefits not up to the mark, Even appraisal and promotion not as per you performance, Extra work load which is not in your KRA has been forced to you.
