Local Mallu Like Company, NO growth, Work Pressure is so high. Manager is not satisfied even if we work late and do not value individuals potentiality. There is no on-job training for new joiners which they confuse and the seniors avoid new staffs, sits unnoticed even when we are in pain studying the culture and environment and with system which was maintained at the time i joined........
