Pleasant Working Environment ,Caring Management, Family Culture and Colleague's are more supportive. IT hardware infrastructure was too good and quality. Smiligence will give the opportunities for freshers to develop their skills and won't fire you immediately ,even your work performance is poor. They're hiring the employees from various cultural backgrounds and would encourage the disability persons to work with them. Festivals and Birthday Celebrations, Team Lunch, Product launch Events, Weekend Activities , Soft Skills Trainings are conducted. Overall, I'm happy with working in Smiligence to get some knowledge and had a chance to work on different domains.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Most of the work should be learned ourselves which means there is no proper knowledge training related to the project for freshers but will get support help and KT from Senior Employees while working on the project. Lack of Team Members. A little bit difficult to balance our work life and personal life.

If you were a women you will get salary other wise no salary for male employee. If a fresher join in this company then the career life of the employee will be spolied. There are so many case in the office every day bank official will come to recover the loan. This office is not safe for women employee.

No, I worked as a web developer in past 10 months and my 2-month salary is pending. In this company no fixed salary date. He always gave jobs at the last moment to put pressure on every employee, and he treats the employee like a slave, avoiding the client as soon as he gets the money from the client. He did not respond despite repeated requests for salaries.

...d policy, If was joined with one month notice, then now they asking 3 months. 3."After 15 or 20 days, you will get salary" 4. se*ual -harassment also happed 5.Very very worst company - not worth say this is company 6.weekend working - includes Sunday as well, but they won't put proper salary. 7.No leaves - They will decide your personal work 8.So many cases filled in police station by the current employees. 9.They will treat like You slave. 10.Worst CEO - I ever seen.

Good place to gain ur knowledge, there is multiple thing here, u can gain knowledge from all the employees, they can share many things a single person can able to gain development, testing and designing knowledge also. #multi talent skill development. I started my career with smilingence and now I'm in surviving in MNC company. Thanks to smilingence for my career growth.👍
