Good morning. This is Dr. Sharmistha Aich, Process Trainer and Developer in the HR Team of Smile India Trust Organization. When I pen down about Smile India Trust, I find the organization to be very pro-active in this working world where the young aspirants as student volunteers are giving their best every hour, every minute, for the welfare of the Organization. Being a Trainer in this field, I find myself privileged to be a part of the session where the Organization is contributing its best for the welfare of the Organization. Being an NGO Company, I observe extreme contribution from every member of the Organization for the welfare of the lower sections of the society. As we work for poor children and needy people, we are also responsible for organizing various camps such as food donation camps, blood donation camps, job mela to help out the poor sections of the society, collaborating at National and at International levels.

Dislikes

I would recommend a small change in the timings of the Punch-in where the people coming from long distances in Metros do get late. So if the flexibility of the time-in can be done for 15 minutes, it would be great.
