Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

This company has more than 150 clint base of Kolkata and a few customers of Dubai, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. This company is a manufacturer of Garments Box, Cartoon, Label, Sticker, Flyer, Inner Jacket and Special Tags for different company. This company has full setup of 4 colour offset machine and latest automatic cutting and punching machinery. I play a big roll in this company Designing to planning of printing the those items.

...we known generally private companies tried to pay from the present market value. What experience I have now, I belongs more remuneration from present salary which I get.
