Totally dysfunctional organization. They don't have a execution roadmap. Work timing in terrible. They have 2.5 hours and 2 hours of lunch timings for Male and Female employees. Your attendance will not be considered during these hours even if you are inside. Apart from this you have to maintain daily attendance of 08:30 hours. There are few long time employees at various levels ranging from 5-20 years of experience having close rapo with MD/CEO. Only they will survive. Rest will have to suffer hire and fire policy. Be very careful to choose this company. If you want to settle in Madurai and quickly plan switching to business or start your own venture, you can carefully take the risk. Else highly not recommended.
