Working process is very lengthy. This time is digital working time but daily daily increase physical work and no time bound for employees full night working system is very bad and overtime working is very bad in this company

If you ready to forget your family for work only ,than join SMFG HFC and earned money lot. But if you don't than same is not for you. Minimum Working requires 24×7. How could you go home before 9in evening.

They are just know to compansiates with salary and incentives only. Try to ask for leave than see..... Your boss always in touch with you as well holiday for work. But they did not ask for your health issue if you are on leave ,although Using foul language

I am very lucky that I got the opportunity to work here, the work and rules of the company are all good and the employees here are very good and supportive.

In the operation department there is no work life balance So no likes for this company

There is everything bad about the department. Pathetic ops head, they think can will work 24x7 with all 7 days. Work timing of minimum 15hrs every day If you are planning to join Ops department please don't join otherwise you will be at hell.
