...rs old now, I have work with this company from 1st March 1999 still August 2024. My family was depending on my salary. It is very hard to say this is very horrible time to manage my family. My job is remaining another two years but new management from AECom who are joined in SMEC they are really not good people. They are harassment to me and turcher also.

Because of new management who those people finish my job before retirement. There's no complaint against me and my work. They didn't gave time to terminate. Immediate termination letter to handed over to me . They are very bad people including Abinash Mishra, Sushant sehre , Ashok Kumar and another more people. They don't work anything, only politics.not good people.

Very Bad company

Dislikes

Don't join the company. There is no job security. Salary is very low. I worked in Guwahati office. They removed most of the employees from Guwahati office without proper notice. HR and Project Manager is very bad. No job security. Don't ruin your life by joining SMEC. WORST COMPANY
