I don't feel any negative vibes from smec.i joined as a fresher in smec..they gave good support to build my carrier.. so no dislike factors 🥰🥰🥰

You will get good staff except management and higher authority Also will get time to study your own things.

Management is irresponsible of any thing and work which is being provided to their employees No work management and time management by higher authority and worst place to work in for freshers.

SMEC Automation is one of the company who provide freedom to work and learning . They treat people nicely and motivate to reach the goal. work environment is very friendly.

Everything is very nice except the management . if we talk about management its little bit massed but again its depend on employee like what and how they make the changes and improve the company to grow. if you are helping company to grow its nothing but you are growing yourself.
