The top to bottom are illiterate. The employees are old school and leading a baggage of being an old employees. They are running the company with an objective to be trivial and the so called supervisors are cool with it. They know it very well that it is not an organisation for high skill and qualified people so they are ok with underscore employees with no real understanding of upskilling and reskilling. Third class work culture which is obvious because the old employees are used to with that culture with no change within. You won't find a single person in this organization who hold an impeccable command including the leaders who leading the organization. The old employees are not a resource, they are a bull who pulling the cart wheel. Finally yet importantly, the HRs of this organization are biggest fool across the globe because they only good in fooling people and the leaders.

They are still living in the age old work culture where the only motto of the organisation is to ensure working hours are completed irrespective of the efficiency of the employee. The culture, infrastructure, worklife balance, is the worst. They really need to grow up and upskill employees and themselevs. The worst was that HR lies to you for benefits and work timings and when you join they plainly refuse the claims.
