Team leader behaviour is very horrible. He is behaviour like animals. Salary is very low . When you come . He is saying no target . But after he is put on pressure on you . If you're not complete . He gives extra working time , like Sunday and extra time after job. So if you want to go for job in SMC . Don't go . He is always gives wrong commitment with coustomer and employees .

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair but they not give good salary hike and bonus every year.
