...ve my 7 precious year but no recognition at all. Even director does't know me. Company not providing better salary. Seniors are cheap minded. They can't see u grow within or outside the organisation. Well, i left from here and much more satisfied where i am right now.

Gives chance to freshers. Salary in time. Give opportunities to grow.

There is scope of improvement in every company so is with SMC insurance. They need improvement in team structure and need to work on how to priorities the task.

... and they did not get any position they still executive. so there is no growth.u got in growth in salary in 5 percent or hardly 7 percent .No growth in salary and no growth in position.

i am.not like environment. there was huge pressure of work. mently torture by your mentor for work. they shouted and they comment personally.no liverages in leaves. you wanna die in that environment. no support with ur head.if you are not well then you have to come at any how they dont have any humanity.

Nothing they demotivates their employees and they even decrease their salary for no reason.

...I can suggest please teach your HR's to be little polite and behave with others. You aren't giving us salary for free we do hardwork.

compensation is decent,but growth is slow.i completed my target every month but i am not promoted.this is fact of company.....
