SMC is a group suitable for you if you are progressive and wants to achieve the best of the professional life. We get a flat formed to work and experiment our thoughts.. Who wish to be a big fish ,a right platform to be associated.

Dislikes

A few more policies aligned with the industry.Though organisatio has already started the same and creating different aligned processes and policies as per the standards.

Not supporting, office open 27 may 2020, travelling uber cab and then I had covid 19 possitive dated 19 June 2020, after treatment I join office again 22 July 2020, now my company terminate me 11 sep 2020. I am working with the company last 6 years. In this time how I got the job, the company did not give me time to search the job.

Dislikes

Not supporting manpower for this covid time. Waste of money for animals but no regard for humen.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
