a senior quality lead

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Branch Manager used to torture & harass all the employees quite alot...& threatening all the employees abt Unnecessary SALARY DEDUCTION & threatening about laying off or terminating from the job.. several times Pathetic & terrible company, By mistake also, I won't join this company in my life time once again...

maene 5 years 3 months company work kiya ,,,or mera 1 month salary 39 days PL,& gratuity pay nhi kiya ,,,,,zonal head & director tk email kiya but aaj tk pay nhi kiya ,,,,,or to or mujhe blame kr rhe ,,,mangment is very poor.

Company gives proper time to explore and adjust your self in environment of the company.

You don't get good training, guidance and career growth. If i talk about salary i dont know in which world they live in..... Salary which they offer.. You will not be able to survive if you are single earning member in your family. They make fake promises about salary and benefits at the time of recruitment.
