No salary hike, no incentive. Only target increase. Company policies are very good only in paper but in practical it gives bad experience. Evey month salary cut if target is not achieved. I have not seen any employee continue his job for more than 4 months except me.

Dislikes

No job security. Very high target in low salary. Any day company ask you to leave the job with out any reason. There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.

Very bad work culture

Dislikes

Very bed work culture in smc finance. Spoil carrier, hold salary, bond sign, they torcher to employees, I left smc finance April 2024 they hold my fnf reliving, I resigned then I left smc finance but they ask me to submit 5 lac rupess for recovery. Never join

This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
