Very bad work culture

Dislikes

Very bed work culture in smc finance. Spoil carrier, hold salary, bond sign, they torcher to employees, I left smc finance April 2024 they hold my fnf reliving, I resigned then I left smc finance but they ask me to submit 5 lac rupess for recovery. Never join

Don't join this company, this is the worst company to work , no proper career growth, very low salary, worst company culture, lots of politics,

Worst company for career growth even if you work for 2 -3 years you will not see any growth, salary is very low compared to industry standard, no training provided, everyday you have to work for almost 10-12 hours, no work life balance , so much of politics on senior level
