Don't join this company, this is the worst company to work , no proper career growth, very low salary, worst company culture, lots of politics,

Worst company for career growth even if you work for 2 -3 years you will not see any growth, salary is very low compared to industry standard, no training provided, everyday you have to work for almost 10-12 hours, no work life balance , so much of politics on senior level

No salary hike, no incentive. Only target increase. Company policies are very good only in paper but in practical it gives bad experience. Evey month salary cut if target is not achieved. I have not seen any employee continue his job for more than 4 months except me.

Dislikes

No job security. Very high target in low salary. Any day company ask you to leave the job with out any reason. There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.

Nothing to be liked about this company, pathetic and most terrible company I have ever seen. 😤😠😡

... nature. Branch Manager used to torture & harass all the employees quite alot...& threatening all the employees abt Unnecessary SALARY DEDUCTION & threatening about laying off or terminating from the job.. several times Pathetic & terrible company, By mistake also, I won't join this company in my life time once again...
