People here enjoy to make work difficult for others across team and gossip about failures of others. The list can go on and on as spending 8-9 hours a day over here were equivalent to being in hell.

Very bed work culture in smc finance. Spoil carrier, hold salary, bond sign, they torcher to employees, I left smc finance April 2024 they hold my fnf reliving, I resigned then I left smc finance but they ask me to submit 5 lac rupess for recovery. Never join
