Good working environment. Teammates are supportive. Work-life balance is also good. Work Pressure is less as compared to other broking firms

Dislikes

There is a lot of unnecessary politics and the management doesn't address issues in appropriate manner. Career growth is also slow in this company. And a lot of unprofessionals are hired. No training is provided for new joinees. No appreciation / motivation is given to the employees.

There is nothing to like about the company. its work culture .It was a very big mistake to join smc as my first job . The whole tenure was like a nightmare for me . Very horrifying experience.

Dislikes

There is no job security at all.Employee has to signed a bond of 3 yrs so he cant leave the job before it but company can fire their employee at any point without any perior intimation. No casual leaves ,no paid leaves, no Privident fund ,no other allowances. No promotions. Too much work pressure.Reporting boss talks rubbish like any ill mannered illiterate.No concerns for employees.

Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
