Not even single like. Even for forced resignation from management, they don't pay the variable amount even after employee have completed the life cycle payment. They will just use and throw the talents which will be their biggest mistake in near future.

Was part of this organisation for an year, work culture is really pathetic, leadership team is biased and even though they say it is transparent process, no proper policies and they can change as per their wishes.

I will let you know my sincere experience in Smartshift for SAP Basis projects.Firstly there is 0% growth in career as there are very very small 2 projects and only 1 major project when compared to MNC 's project it is also very small.No SOPs,No process. Management is least bothered about SAP Basis and its drowning ship which will end soon.Also they use very old technologies in SAP Basis which will not have any adverse effect when you will change the organization.Strong No for seniors and freshers like 1 to 2 years experience can join and leave once you have some years of experience to show in your kitty.If you are career oriented person,looking for growth in life.Then stay away from here.If not you will join and leave within 3 to 4 months as you will not have enough work or growth.So do I left the organization.Think twice before you join here.

As a cloud engineer you will be given lot of exposure to technology and practice accounts for learning new things and there is no limit for your learning.

Toxic people surround you when you start growing in company and local politics,locality feeling,no proper retaining.

They supported well they had been given security of job, they wer ready to face all problems just to get all employes on work from home,and they managed it very well and supported during lockdown, and company also appreciated employes by giving gifts,management was strong no delay for salary due to lockdown,and all of team wer cooperative

I like the company management and we can reach the higher authority people easily. Indian office Director is giving his best to office.

There is no career growth inside the cms management. Those who are working for 24/7 are not really bothered. Work should happen even if your dying. Too many politics. One of the worst management I have seen in smartshift technologies. Other departments are really nice. By seeing office pantry snacks and biscuits people are think company is good. But actually not.
