They were really supportive & helpful during the lockdown but the management is not transparent & the company policies are also terrible

Dislikes

The biggest problem is that the company never gives salary on time & there is no bonus in any time of the year & expenses are also not given & management doesn't address over issues & don't even care to gives response

No proper policies. As much as you can bluff and talk you can grow. There is no value and recognition for the people who works. Product architecture will be done by college freshers and the implementation will be done by industry experts.

No proper recognition for the technical people. Only bluffers will be recognized.

There is lot of learning with respect to how to run a business and scale it up from scratch

Dislikes

As with promoter run Indian companies, corporate governance, respect for business ethics and legalities, employee welfare were very poor. Don't want to work for an Indian company after this experience

Likes

A good place for a person who want to start his career, place where having loads of work to do. Can learn a lot of new things.

Dislikes

There are not many but the thing is here there is no happening apart from work and no leave policy yet. Can say less work-life balance.
