Only part that I liked was that the salary was on time

Dislikes

There is so much that I don't know where to even start from. 1. You have to buy a lot of butter, as buttering is the only way that you can grow in this company. If you are a north Indian, just forget about promotion or anything. Place is filled with South Indians ( I am not being raciest), and they will talk bad behind your back. 2. No one is listening to you, if you face any issues you are on your own. 3. If the client escalates anything and you are from the project team or the account management team, it's on you. Even if the issue was created by the tech team, that will be overlooked and you will be put into the Gunpoint. They will even demean you infront of everyone. 4. Here the Tech team drives the project, so the PMO team actually have '0' power. If the tech team wasn't able to complete their tasks on time because of their mistakes, the PMO/Account managers has to take the hit. You can never escalate anything about the tech team here. 5. Do not expect any work life balance here. You might work for 12-14 hours a day, even then higher management will come and ask you "What do you do on a day to day basis / You don't have that much work" 6. It's always a blame game here. No matter what you do you'll be blamed so be prepared. 7. They write that 'We are an MNC". Trust me, that's a lie. They are partially acquired by Compass group which is an MNC, but when you join you will join under Smartq, which is a start up, not an MNC. 8. They will create a lot drama and facade once you try to leave the company. You have to follow up for Months for your F&F settlement and for your release paper. 9. All the good ratings you see are here to fool you. As the HR asks people to provide good feedback in places like Indeed/Google/Glassdoor.

Very toxic work culture, very bad management, you work lie dogs for them in return you won't get any benefits

QA lead does partiality between team members and favours person who are close to them, give all benefits to them. Hardwork of people is not recognised during appraisal and hike cycle is not transparent and all efforts which we put in year goes in vein
