The company is very good towards the innovative ideas of learning and facts. I interact with students answer their queries and discuss about the facts towards better facilities and environment.

Dislikes

Compensation and environment is good but growth is very slow. Sometimes we have work for 12-14 hours because of the work pressure. The office is very far from my home location.

Interesting, challenging work and being able to implement process-improvement ideas. Learning new roles, working face-to-face with exhibitors, mentoring staff, the option to telework whenever I like. Like the travel — love my team. Love the organizational tasks, and the actual on-site experience.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
