The team is small but focused and efficient and that's actually the only good thing about the organization. Also the CEO is actually a very Jolly person to be with.

...s done you will automatically understand. I found CPO to be very rude in calls. In terms of salary as well it won't be according to industry standards. They even deduct money for insurance from your salary only which has to be provided by the employer.

...rom the backend and app teams working weekends and putting in 12-15 hours daily. Despite this, the company hasn't provided salary hikes for three years and has even reduced some employees' salaries by 30% under the guise of cost-cutting. The company has developed a new AI-based product but uses this investment as an excuse to deny salary increases. Recently, a long-term employee was terminated for alleged poor performance, raising concerns about job security. Additionally, the company imposes a strict three-month notice period with minimal chances of conversion to a full-time position. Interns should be particularly cautious, as there is little to no chance of receiving a pre-placement offer or proper onboarding training. In the offer letter, it is mentioned that a notice period buyout is available, but they will simply deny it and will not decrease your notice period in any way. I recommend reviewing the LinkedIn profiles of current employees; you'll notice that many have been with the company for over four years. This is not indicative of a positive work culture but rather a situation where excessive workloads prevent employees from preparing for or pursuing other opportunities. Lastly, the company threatens legal action against employees who do not complete the 90-day notice period, further complicating any attempts to transition out. In summary, proceed with caution if you're considering a position here.

Likes

Hire & Fire Policy. They hire in a bulk with a third party vendor and fire within few months once few modules have been completed, they release those contractor employees and hire again few new ones for them.

Hire and fire , worked 3 months continuously Saturday as working day, Only 12 leaves will be provided to the employee and they cancelled the shutdown period of 10 days as well.
