Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

You have 100 percent time for reading due to no work.

Dislikes

They have environment like a school. No body can speak on the floor. Speak only in message otherwise principal sir will got rude. If you have no option then join otherwise not. Your skills will wash because they need employee only complete the shift. Don't believe on good reviews on sites, all good reviews are fake and from buttering guys. If you are going for a interview, ask them to visit office. After office visit , think before join. please remember , if you have no other offer in hand then join.
