Project Manager is very supportive and you can learn many things with which you can work later. You get to work on everything in a project. UI, Application and database and some times on server too. Most of the work is about coding like working on new requirements and modifying the existing functionalities. Overall work is quite challenging and thrilling (ups and downs). the provided Work from home during covid But extended our 2 year contacts to 2 months more.

... all the time or hitting keys. Nothing bad to say about career growth from me. Salary is completely useless. You can never count on it. in probation/ training salary will be just enough for food and bed. For first year : food, bed & transport and for second year : All the capabilities of first year + weekly movies or lunch with friends. If you have GF by chance, you might end up asking her for money. LOL..! But serious. NO travelling. NO vacation. No politics as we have only one PM and one acting GM. no reason to form groups and do politics. Work environment is fine. NO INNOVATION. they are still using very old tech and they are completely useless if you are moving to another company as no one uses them anymore. Work-Life balance was a joke there. timings are 9:30 to 7:00. and you can never leave at 7:00. 7:30 is normal and 8:00 PM makes you a good employee. and they made saturdays as working days. only sundays are off and they will make you work on at least one sunday per month. you get only 3/4 days off out of 30 days in a month.
