Company really need of senior skilled people.

Dislikes

The management does not know to streamline the process and don't know how to run the company. They were not paying notice period salary and expenses which we spent for the visit charges.

I am writing this reiew as there is someone else writing a bad review as me ,on june 2024 was forced to write a review since i would not stoop so low as to do something like this and im sure i know who he is and as someone who has worked here with 2yrs,5months (yes ik who wrote this review and im sure my former colleagues can find out who it is if they use common sense) would like to say that no one here is a fake person and they are legendary people who have lifted this company for more than 16yrs and kept their clients happy with features and suggestions to how they can improve their application but as for that the one who wrote the review needs to improve a lot about himself to handle things in a diplomatic way than to use cheap ways like this, you could have left a review with your designation and exp but i know that you know that you lack at what you do despite your experience as you should know its a startup and they may not have goals to grow as a bigger org but you should have decided not to join and checked reviews here and this company's parent name but you didnt since you saw they were offering a lot more that what you were making and that people who joined here have stayed knowing their limit and convinience or have left learning a lot and the best point over here we used the best technologies and oppourtunity was ample and unlike the other comment ,salary was given on time ,sometimes late but by 7th of that month

As a former employee i left with neither , didnt learn much about the new techs and stacks but didnt wanted to stay just because it was convinient ,i had a really good mentor and leader to work with but sadly will tell you why soon but yes the management still needs a lot of work and yes this is an organisation that says were a family here ,i had worked here shrugging that and treating it as a business (my advice to anyone joining would be run if someone says that) but things were real nice when i joined with the portablilty of WFH or office (your choice) but had to work on alternate saturdays , but things went south when WFO was the only option and some people with a common language (you know which one :) ) started grouping and listening to others and casting me and everyone those who didnt have that common ground . I had to leave because 1. My work became static and i coudnt work with some legendary people since they think im not worthy enough and was cast aside and i kinda knew that i cant even hold a candle to one of them 2. Didnt have anyone to share my concerns with since i felt that each and every leader there had a feedback ballot with a shredder inside and it was never my family it was theirs and im the outsider making me feel like a parasite leeching off of you guys . 3. There was a nagger who would always tell me to take on more responsibilites but would take it for himself if found intresting or is considered as actual work and would conviniently call me as a senior whenver he wanted his dirty/static work done ,so there never was any work for us . But mark my words ,I promise to you all i will do the best i can to be better than all of you and if anyone experienced or not will get to learn everything i know and will make them learn things like a match problem so that they can atleast remember me than all of your cold shoulders and i wont give up on becoming what i really want to become ,so hope my former employees can move on from whatever they hate and are happy im gone so that all of you can focus on what you all lack and fix it before its too late. And if the writer of that person faking as me is reading this know that make sure youre not fake before calling any of those who can build entire companys with their knowledge fake (damm i really cant hold a candle to them :( ) and we all makes mistakes in our career the only path is forward ,meet new people in your life start learning and make them learn a few things too ,if you know what my former colleagues did wrong make sure you dont do it just because you are safe in a scenario ,be a better person and make sure you ask yourself is this where i want to be or is this what the past me wants or if i do this does this fix anything. And for my other fellow colleagues that may be or not be in my scenario make youre you would do better than being this low in your career as it wont get you far. Best Regards, AnonymousNotAnonymous
