From last 2years not able to do proper work life balance. Tthere r working almost 12 to 14 hrs working but giveing salary for 9hrs shift. This is very terrible and last 9 months they're giving only single weekoff. And they say sometimes on that single weekoff also we need to work but not paid. Less carrier growth. And in internal job posting (IJP)s also there is lot of politics r there.

No career growth less salary they don't even pay for OT and they expect employees to work on weekoffs. Lot of politics no gender equality female employees get less salary.

6 days agoNEW Recently i left this organisation after working for 2years, i suggest you guys to not join this company and Don't ruin your career i almost lost my english speaking skills,, communication skills and confidence by working here only people speak Telugu and local language over there, salary also very less And finally The experience is not useful better do any data entry job instead of this.... And i forget to tell you there is lot of partiality and politics !! just skip this company and go for any other.....

I am feeling very happy of working in Smartdrive because it was my first interview and first job. And the company is readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration. I also like employee rehire policy.

Compensation and growth is slow.
