Except Job security everything is great. If you are good at your work, you will live well. If you are experience or no experience does not matter, must have good creative work.

For fresher there is major problem. You must perform very well. for them every body is same. Only work matters.

freedom v/s client approval ratio is the best thing here. They allow you to take risk for good creatives. Working systems are not good, but if you are smart enough, I think you can manage. Job satisfaction is good. Job security is all together a wrong question. If you don't perform, repeat same mistake, why company will keep you. The have evaluation system, they warn you and give six month to improve. Finally its a business!

Dislikes

Sometime work-life balance is goes out of the hand because of the client, but if you are smart enough to handle with marketing team and clients. easily you can manage, it's up to you. When not possible, say NO confidently.
