Work life balance, not much micromanagement, helpful people.

Dislikes

Although I am new and not experienced, i heard appraisals and promotions are not very lucrative. And people talk about firings happening around.

Likes

A lot of good benefits with annual health checkup. Eye checkup, Dental checkup. Reimbursement for Fitness.

Dislikes

Job security is a small concern. There has be 3 phases of WFR during my 1 yr 8 months with the company. As long as the employee is able to prove the worth to the org, this shouldn't be too much of a concern.

Smarsh works with some good technologies which are interesting to work with

Dislikes

No job security, work life balance and too much pressure to perform. The managers are never satisfied with the contributions from your side.

My first manager was a good person, and few of my teammates.

Dislikes

- No work life balance - Worked for them on weekends, still no consideration of time I put towards them - Bad management - Show off is prioritised over employee benefit - No growth opportunity - No teamwork, everyone trying to throw others under the bus, specially the contractors

Plenty of problems to solve from an Engineering Standpoint. Good engineering culture and openness to new solutions.

Dislikes

Lack of consistency at leadership level. Too many org level changes in a short span of time. Low confidence in leadership.
