Dislikes

The pay and perquisites are excellent but this is more on account of the institution being a public financial institution rather than management largesse. It is not uncommon for management to execute vendettas against free thinking performers.

Very Poor organization for the contractual employees no support is their from the senior managers no learning and training is provide. The only thing provided by the senior manager is the harrasment which they give to the employees A totally corrupt Organization.

A well knit organisation with well established processes and procedures. The organisation enjoys a sound reputation in the market and has High credibility in the eyes of its internal and external stakeholders

In Vijayawada branch AGM was worest person the name of the employee was Segu Sukumar he is angry person is right to fit person because they didn't support other contract employees he is always scolding the person they didn't give respect to persons either younger or older persons he is not perfect person that place.

Worst company I have worked with If you people are government employee then it's well and good but if you are a contractual employee they people will make your life hell. In offer letter it would be written 5 days week working but once you join they will even call on Saturday and Sunday and if by Any reason you would say that you are stuck in any work and you won't be able to come then they people will say you that we are firing you and Don't come to office from tommrow.
