Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I didn't find anything special to share about it's positively.

Dislikes

...development events; Juniors doesn't respect seniors, Designers or Merchandisers. Salary deduction and late payments, work overload and miss behaviour by owner. Not a single leave except Sunday (No annual leave). If any body take a leave, he has to left his job. They didn't take all designer to visit and learn in Exhibitions participated by company. Designers haven't allow to source and explore new Fabrics by themselves.

There is a 10 hour work here...need flexibility then come in athletic 10am...overall good atmosphere and everything...
