...d horrible experience. They don't bother for employee, partiality, politics. They will hold salaries and variables last moment they say to resign or they will terminate and never pay variables

Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
