working from past 5 years in SLK. There is no hike and more over if you in bench they will give buyout. there is no job security, No hike. Better to find someother company.

No Knowledge improvement. No Oppoturnites, No hike increment.

Good friendly environment, helpful colleagues, security of job is good . Banking projects but tough work.

.... I won't recommend any one to join there .please join some other company else . No hike also .

Could have better compensation policy for the people who are not directly billed to the project, but useful for the organisation

Family run business and hence decisions are not collaborative, salary & perks are not offered proactively until an employee resigns, no wfh given until phase 2 peaked...

Campuse is good, Project managers were supportive.

...d. FNF will take time and very mismanagement between different management teams. Very low salary as compare to roles and responsibility and also very less hike except 2 years completion hike if joined from fresher.
