Shit place to work, shitier management and the delusional owners have no clue of what's going on in their good for nothing useless organisation.

I'm not sure about rest of the departments, but my own department was being run by a nonsense husband and wife, managed by their brother and subsequently they'd employ their own illiterate family tree into the whole department. The owners are being fooled all the time and the useless trio has no clue. The so called head of the department is a mannerless lunatic monkey and deserves nothing but he'll. I wish her kids see the same when they're hunting for employment.

Higher positions on chat and inside sales process is held by husband, wife and further managerial positions by the brothers and sister. Reasons to fire a person from the process won't be their performance but if someone is not satisfying their ego or is vocal about the issues. Don't know if the owners know about the same or care to check on this.
