1). No job security. Owner listens to a few peoples only and peoples are fired or they are asked to resign by their own. Owner should meet such peoples whether they deserve leave or not rather than to listen few chamcha type peoples. These chamcha type peoples has no guts. Though, the owner, is very kind hearted but he should listen to other peoples too. 2). Peoples at factory office, considers other peoples like nothing. If you are a manager, even an assistant manager or executive will give you orders. 3). No career growth. Dont fall to see 5 star rating of this company and search for a better company
