Management is very poor,not supporting to anyone lower level , when i resigned they said u didn't visit market then they can approve my extensions,then why they can't call to me between 2 months you are not visiting market,if i not then how I get my salary per month if not visited to market. Before resignation ,I talked to my manager please approve my attendance atleast whatever day I will worked at least those money can I get.But it overall 1.months have passed they didn't release my salary. Working culture is very very poor . All seniors talked to thier managers not to lower posting ,whatever their managers said they will accept not to worry to talk to lower position and took action.

The work culture is at the best in sleek. The work life balance is very much essential here compared to other competitor companies. Managers will let us to do new things even if creates some chaos they will value the hard work and so on. There will high appreciation even for a small initialisation.

Dislikes

...nagement is very slow. New products focusing some times irritates to the core. The salary and the perks is very much low compared to other companies.

...given online source to get the data for tele calling but he did not purchase it. He was giving salary after 10th of every month which he did not informed be. He deducted the 2000/- every month when asked for clarification he did not revert. The owner Mr. Rameshbhai is very rude in talking. No offer letter was provided. no information for incentive or paid leaves information was provided. Even he asked me to do expense upto 10000/- for office but he did not give me advance for it. What ever I spent for office I have not received that also. Even he has deducted more than 25% salaries of previous employees. Not at all good place to work.

For interior people it's good platform

...fe balance once will have too much work even we have to travel for site to site.even compensation is also too late and even work there is pressure. We won't get extra for working

Salary is very less .The more work you do, the more work you will get.You can never justify your work with your salary.higest apperisal is only 11%
