Management is very poor,not supporting to anyone lower level , when i resigned they said u didn't visit market then they can approve my extensions,then why they can't call to me between 2 months you are not visiting market,if i not then how I get my salary per month if not visited to market. Before resignation ,I talked to my manager please approve my attendance atleast whatever day I will worked at least those money can I get.But it overall 1.months have passed they didn't release my salary. Working culture is very very poor . All seniors talked to thier managers not to lower posting ,whatever their managers said they will accept not to worry to talk to lower position and took action....Read More

Managers will let us to do new things even if creates some chaos they will value the hard work and so on. There will high appreciation even for a small initialisation.
