Office atmosphere and look

This is a very pathetic company which i have ever worked. Because salary is not getting properly. They told me the office time is 9-6 but they will leave us only on7-8pm. No proper training system, if we asked for a training they tell go and check YouTube or google for training videos. And sone authoritys using such bad words like. "നിനക്ക് ഉളുപ്പ് ഉണ്ടോ, നീ എന്ത് ചിരയ്ക്കാൻ ആണ് ഇങ്ങോട്ട് വരുന്നത്, ഓട കഴുകാൻ പോടാ "like that Theese are some examples. The company treat staffs like a servents. Worst compny in my carries. They tell us to work on sundays Also

Its one of the worst company ever.dont go anyone to this company.if you are not getting daily sales they will terminate at any time without salary.there is no weekly off.working time 9am to 8pm.its terrible company.please dont go anyone.its like market culture even managers also.they dont know how to behave the staff.they are treating like slave

Nothing they will give much pressure even to a fresh joinee on day 1 itself...we were a group of 12 joinee and 9 of them were terminated on day 3 due to lack of performance I was terminated on day 4 and the reason is lack of performance.... Even proper training is not given... And the will make u rate them on Google to increase their reaches... Out of the 9 of them who were terminated they were made to commit it as self resignation and those who didn't comply were marked as absconding......

Dislikes

Everything there is nothing to like The office atmosphere itself is worst.. employees were mentally harrassed every time some of them were even made to wipe the seat of another employee who made a sale of product before the other employee... We were told that the office timings are 9 to 6 but we were meant to stay late till 8.30pm even if 1 sale is pending....
