...our skills by joining in this company......career growth is very very less...... company compensation and benefits are terrible....... you will loose work life balance if you choose this company.....there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues......

Very good work environment and good coordination with higher authorities. Teammates are very supportive. Transportation facility also good and they give salaries on time.

Graduates have to clean entire company If you join you have to clean. worst company which have 0 value for experience. Please don't trap this type of companies. You have pay 16 hrs for company.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
