Life span is till u can dump. Products quality very poor..even there own doctor in hospital knows truth but can't speak mercy on patients using slaney products. There VP sir Mr.Mehra just made higher management fool and blind ..all good team was kicked due to non rational targets and pressure. And his abide HR madam Setu Modi for saving her skin and promotion..fire and sack people with excuse of false reports nd dumping goods.. without knowing reality.

Rated between top 10, Pathetic, class less companies in entire industry. PLZZ don't get confused it's not ranked in pharma or surgical, it's in entire all sectors.

...d final settlement after releaving. It's only a carrier destroyer company....... High package is a trap, they know how to use it get there business. They reduce package if business is not done as per ther requirement. There asking is irrational. Top management contains the persons who are already thrown out by companies and stayed unemployed for months (with gaps and more then 8 comapnies in span of 20 years) and they rule, how to get business and stay with them for longer carrier and learnings..... 😂

Hire you at good package and work span not more than 3-6 months. Company run by very intelligent VP ex alkem who called himself guru of critical care market. HR madam decide if manager is working in field or not..Company of 15 field managers called managers. Independent working no team

Toxic work culture, VP changes team every 6 months to secure his seat. No sales , just dumping and returns. have feedback from stockiest before joining.
