1-salary will credit on time 2-our line inchrarge behavior was good,But i dont know how about others.....

1-you need to work 10-12 hrs no other option 2-in drive They will say we will arrange for accommodation but later they have say there is no accommodation you need to see of your own 3-need to clean your place (mean)your line fully 4-vadakans work some time you need to do vadankan say that all lines are running what can i do and they will support for that vadakan 5-we need to pay for food in every month and token for tea food ,...if you ask extra 1 dosa or idly or rice they will see you as a begger and said no 6-there is no safty shoes 7-there is zero knoledge you will get 8-some times sunday also you need to work 9-if you are in sick they ask to come to company and give 50min rest and ask you to work 10-the team idiot named as BSD they think the company is theres (not all) and there are many...................

The food & transportation services are good & the goodies given after every day shift & montly once.

Dislikes

Promises made by the HR team are the worst & not even kept up. Salary will not be as said by the HR team & the forced OT hours.

.... If anyone took leave means they will scold .. even girls also not considered.. Working hours 12 hrs and we need to spend more than 15 hours per day to earn one day salary.. Don't work there.. Engineering students making mop and cleaning work and screw machining work.. not respected.. Finally worst place ( its an Hell )

Very Worst place.. it's like hell.. Poor selfish management.. treating people as slave.. no Employee satisfaction.. working hours they telling 12 hrs..but actually tee spending 15hrs per day .. don't work there.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...ights,side mirrors,gear levers etc.Basically the company is working over 24hrs .The work hours will be 12hrs and salary will be 11.5k.2 shifts .There is no growth in tat company.Simply work for job an getting salary.Only one benefit is they providing food for 3 times.

Dislikes

...rate the shifts to rotational shifts(8hrs).Even don't give company id cards too.They giving same salary to different posting people's.3 yrs apprenticeship and the experience certificate is worst.If any govt holidays comes they kept the company even in Sundays too.
