there is no work life balance in IEC (R&D) department they have their own rule, in offer letter there is mention notice period is 7 days but you need to serve 90 days HOD is very cheapest mind there is one EEDT team please don't join this team they will give more frustration over all if you get chance to any other company please join here don't join all are cheapest mind guy

The company gave me a good kick start for my career. The company gave a very good exposure of working on-site at Korea, so meeting client expectation by working on-site was a pleasing experience. There is no work pressure sort of a thing working in Electronics stream.

Dislikes

Compensation is a bit decent, and growth is slow. Experienced individual's hard work goes unnoticed and appraisals is not that effective.

We can get learning freedom in SL Lumax... Even if you are a fresher you can learn and manage... This is the biggest benefit..

Salary package and work timing... Need to work more time for less package... Working pressure also high...

When a fresher enters gains all in depth of knowledge about their department roles, also it is good for skill development.

There will be a internal politics which is very unfortunate for career, coming to salary there is an very slow growth which is dependent on the politics and your health and work life balance cannot be maintained well.

1-salary will credit on time 2-our line inchrarge behavior was good,But i dont know how about others.....

1-you need to work 10-12 hrs no other option 2-in drive They will say we will arrange for accommodation but later they have say there is no accommodation you need to see of your own 3-need to clean your place (mean)your line fully 4-vadakans work some time you need to do vadankan say that all lines are running what can i do and they will support for that vadakan 5-we need to pay for food in every month and token for tea food ,...if you ask extra 1 dosa or idly or rice they will see you as a begger and said no 6-there is no safty shoes 7-there is zero knoledge you will get 8-some times sunday also you need to work 9-if you are in sick they ask to come to company and give 50min rest and ask you to work 10-the team idiot named as BSD they think the company is theres (not all) and there are many...................
