there is no work life balance in IEC (R&D) department they have their own rule, in offer letter there is mention notice period is 7 days but you need to serve 90 days HOD is very cheapest mind there is one EEDT team please don't join this team they will give more frustration over all if you get chance to any other company please join here don't join all are cheapest mind guy

The food & transportation services are good & the goodies given after every day shift & montly once.

Dislikes

Promises made by the HR team are the worst & not even kept up. Salary will not be as said by the HR team & the forced OT hours.

The company gave me a good kick start for my career. The company gave a very good exposure of working on-site at Korea, so meeting client expectation by working on-site was a pleasing experience. There is no work pressure sort of a thing working in Electronics stream.

Dislikes

Compensation is a bit decent, and growth is slow. Experienced individual's hard work goes unnoticed and appraisals is not that effective.

Good work environment and culture. They give good salary and bonus every year. Mainly no transportation problem and they give food

Salary is decent.but career growth is slow. On the job trainee three years but not sure to confirm and another drawback is 12 hrs shift
