They takes for one role but use multiple roles even you don't have knowledge about it because remaining people's also don't know. 4. Work pressure is moderate but persons torcher is high. 5. IF YOU WORK IN THE QUALITY OR ENGINEERING OR PROCESS OR R&D DEPARTMENTS ITS BETTER WHY BECAUSE BY WORKING IN THESE DEPARTMENTS YOU CAN EARN KNOWLEDGE.THERE IS NO CHANCE OF GAINING ANY KIND OF KNOWLEDGE IN PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT WHERE YOU MUST DO WORK HARD IKE A MACHINE ALL TIME FOR THE SAKE OF REACHING THE DAILY TARGETS

THE SALARIES PAID TO EMLOYEES ARE VERY LESS AS COMAPRED TO ALL OTHER COPANIES AND ALSO THERE IS NO FUTURE IN THIS COMPANY AND THE WORKING CONDITIONS ARE NOT SO GOOD WHERE YOU MUST STAND THROUGH OUT THE SHIFT(8 hrs)

I want to be core side only.and PCB Assembly is first step and product Assembly is last in making a product..i felt very happy because so many products made in India at same time some electronics home appliances make at Resolute... During COVID-19 my management not supported economically
